★ RARE collector - Vintage Japanese Dorei bell - Toshoen Gama - Bizen Yaki - Bizen Ware - MOMOTARO - Peach Boy ★

Momotaro, known as the Peach Boy, is a popular hero in Japanese folklore who was born from a giant peach and found by an elderly couple. He embarks on a quest to defeat ogres (oni) that terrorize his village, showcasing themes of bravery and teamwork along the way.

Bizen Yaki originates in Okayama Prefecture and is considered one of the Six Ancient Kilns. Its characterized by significant hardness due to high temperature firing; its earthen-like, reddish-brown color; absence of glaz; and markings resulting from wood-burning kiln firing. Firings take place only once or twice a year, with the firing period lasting for 10–14 days.
